Only the details you choose to send — typically your name, phone number, email address, preferred location and any reference images or descriptions of the tattoo you would like. This is shared when you message via WhatsApp or email, or join a guest-spot waitlist.
How it is used
Your information is used solely to respond to your enquiry, arrange bookings, schedule sessions and provide aftercare guidance. It is never sold, rented or used for unrelated marketing, and it is not shared with third parties except where needed to run the booking process.
How it is stored
Details are stored securely, kept only as long as needed for booking and record keeping, and access is limited to Joe Bird.
Your choices
You can ask at any time to see, correct or delete the information held about you, or ask to be removed from a waitlist. Just get in touch and it will be actioned.
